Peter’s former career was as an actor, which spanned nearly 20 years, with extensive experience in theatre, film and television In 1992 he entered the world of corporate communication consultancies. In 1995, he became aware of the need for a more imaginative and vigorous approach to corporate training and leadership development and started his own consultancy.  Through working with multiple clients, he has adapted the methodologies of an actor’s training, to design experiential learning programs with a strong focus on developing presence, personal impact, influence, emotional intelligence in leadership and team development within corporations.  For the past 23 years, Peter has been a strong contributor to raising the presence and influence skills of Australia’s corporate community, using “theatre based learning” as the core to his unique training. Peter has developed a solid corporate client base, contributing to a large number of senior executive leadership programs for a large number of clients across Australia and overseas. Charlotte has  been in the rail industry for 9 years and has worked on multi-million dollar projects and has worked on one of Australia’s biggest and most complex rail automation projects using internationally resources.  


After working in a male dominated industry, Charlotte saw the need for improvement in gender diversity and decided to take action for change.

 Sam Walsham is a communications consultant, speaker and workshop facilitator based in Perth, Western Australia. Sam’s career as a communications expert is an unlikely one, having suffered a crippling fear of public speaking during his school years. However, with a commitment to self-learning and the guidance of Toastmasters International, presenting has become Sam’s greatest strength. In 2018, Sam represented Australia in the semi-finals for the World Championships of Public Speaking and is a two-time state champion of public speaking in WA.
 

Throughout his journey, Sam has had the opportunity to learn from some of the finest presenters in the world including Mark Brown, Ed Tate and Darren Lacroix. Today, Sam draws on his experiences to help others become more confident, convincing and engaging speakers through workshops and private coaching. Sam’s corporate workshops include ‘The 5-Step Pyramid Process to Public Speaking’ and ‘Climate of Change’, the latter helping companies become leaders in the global push for sustainability.

Mental Health In The Workplace

Stefani Caminiti is the founder and CEO of The Inner Ninja Foundation. Stefani is an avid mental wellness advocate, counsellor and international speaker. Stefani has completed a bachelors degree in psychology and counselling and will begin a masters degree in suicidology. Stefani has volunteered and worked within in the mental health sector for the past 12 years for various organisations. Stefani was recently appointed as one of the expert advisors on the expert advisory group for the Prime Minister’s National Suicide Prevention advisor Ms Christine Morgan.  


 Stefani believes we all have an inner ninja within us and through self awareness, self acceptance and kindness we can allow our inner ninja to grow. Through education and sharing lived experiences of survival, we can create a contagion of hope and change the culture which surrounds mental illnesses. 

Wayne Pearce

Wayne’s reputation as a professional rugby league player and coach precedes him. His rise from humble beginnings growing up in the inner Sydney suburb of Balmain to become an International rugby league player is one of those great inspirational stories that never fails to stir the Australian spirit. 

Wayne’s many rugby league accomplishments include being voted ‘Players player of the tour’ for the undefeated 1982 ‘Invincibles’ Kangaroo Tour, winning the Harry Sunderland medal as Australia’s best player in the 1984 test series against Great Britain, and captaining the New South Wales Origin team to the first ever clean sweep in 1986. Wayne later coached the Blues in 2000, when he became the only person to both captain and coach a series clean-sweep in the history of State of Origin.

These roles involved successfully leading and coaching teams through significant change programs.
